"Calls sounded awful"
I kept having issues with call quality, how is this okay? There was constant crackling, weird delays, and it made normal conversations way harder than they should be. I was just trying to make a basic call and it felt like a struggle every time

"Leads just didn’t pan out for me"
I gave it a shot for a few weeks, but the leads weren’t great. A lot of the numbers didn’t pick up, and the ones that did mostly had no interest. The setup was fine enough, so I was hoping the results would make it worth it, but what’s the point if the leads don’t go anywhere? In the end, it just didn’t really pay off for me.

I've been using myphonerobot.com for a little while now, the call delivery has been solid. I'm still kind of loyal to the service I used before, so I was hesitant to give this one a real shot, but I have to admit the calls actually go through. I barely run into failed calls, and when I send out a batch, it usually just works without me having to babysit it. It's not the flashiest tool out there, but reliability matters more to me, and so far it's been doing the job.

I asked for a refund and was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was. I figured there might be some back and forth, but it only took a couple of emails and the money was back quickly. No hassle or arguing, so I’d say it was handled very fairly in my case.

The setup was straightforward, and I don’t feel like I’m paying for a bunch of features I’ll never use. "Reports That Finally Make Sense"
The reporting is the part I use the most. Being able to track calls and follow-ups without feeling like I’m decoding ancient scrolls has been a lifesaver. Pages load like they should, the tools work when I need them, and I haven’t run into any random downtime or anything weird like that. Not really much to complain about, to be honest. "Sounds surprisingly natural"
I gave myphonerobot.com a try and was a bit surprised by how real the voices sounded. It didn’t have that stiff, robotic feel I’ve noticed with a lot of other tools. A couple of words came out slightly odd, but nothing too distracting. Overall, it was easy to listen to and worked better than I expected.

I’ve been trying to clean up my contact lists, and it’s been annoying. Everything feels messy and harder to organize than it needs to be. What makes it worse is when you run into limits or issues and the answer is basically, “that’s just our policy.” I get that rules exist, but it feels like an excuse instead of actually helping fix the problem.
